First game was in 1967, and have been hooked since day 1. Now live in Vancouver, Canada but follow our team any way I can.

Good evening Derek , you are doing very well in the Fantasy League , maybe give you a chance at the real thing .This is painful to watch , .Even I don’t know the answer .

Well now I am depressed if even you don’t know Charlie
I had to make do with radio commentary today, so I will have to wait to watch the melt down.
My biggest concern is the team appears to have given up and leaked points that will be vital should we somehow turn things around. It’s not the first time either, which is very disappointing and worrying. We are still only 2 points down but our for/against differential is way worse than others.

I will always have a drink with you Atomic,as soon as poss , I’ve watched worse Leigh teams over the years , but it is hard to bear at times, it was close up to the final 20 , but then we looked shell shocked , I really feel for JD but I feel he is out of his depth , and things must change soon before it’s to late , that happened with Juksey , hopefully Derek will know what needs to be done .

Nice to hear from you VL, it was difficult to watch this afternoon , and reminds me of the SL Abram years , we seem to have to many plodders going through the motions , hopefully Derek will act before it’s to late , either replace JD , or get him some help , he has around a back room team of 10 , maybe relieve some of these and get an experienced bloke in .

We need some class , and get Mellor , Flower, Brierley , back , I was impressed by Bell, Gelling , and thought Elliot did ok , Reynolds isn’t a SL player though , keep the faith .

I think with our 1st choice squad we could hold our own against the bottom half of the League but that team has never been out there. We had too small a squad that is being decimated particularly in the forwards. Would be good to pick up 2 or 3 new players to bolster team or even decent loan signing but both these don’t seem available at moment. Today game was frustrating particularly late on with the Bell sin binning and for those who didn’t go score did not reflect the effort that was put. Was always going to be a touch ask parachuting into a higher league and tasks gets tougher every week. Sid low and Russell injury looked bad.. not sure about Peteru may be a concussion.

As an away fan I thought we sucked up any pressure you put on us in the first half quite easily and you had a bit of a leg up from the ref helping you up the pitch quite a few times with soft penalties. You seemed to put a lot of effort into the first half and ran out of steam quite dramatically in the second half. We just stood back and withstood any pressure you put on us and then put you to the sword in the second half.

Our quality shone through in the second half and in the end the score reflected the game. You are missing that bit of quality and leadership around the pitch but that’s due to where you’ve come from and lack of time getting a SL squad/match day 17 together.

We’re getting better as the season goes on with Watson’s ideas slowly but surely becoming evident with the more competitive games we play and we won’t be far off the playoffs come the end of the season.

Good luck for the rest of the season.

Change the 'age lark' to 'expierence' Atomic, it is very relevant in my summing up of the selection of Ellis

As for your second comment I have not a clue what that means.
