How is education supposed to make me feel smarter? Besides, every time I learn something new, it pushes some old stuff out of my brain. Remember when I took that home winemaking course, and I forgot how to drive?

Can he play full back? Wallace is not the answer. In fact is he the answer to anything?

An outstanding signing, just the kind of quality required. I am more confident now that there will be the required number of wins to achieve our goal. Well done to all concerned! More of the same please!

Good man Bart, I love it  :DRUNK: . I think Gelling is a cracking signing. Play Elliot at fullback, and sign a quality winger, and a top quality halfback if we can, and we will be in a much much better/stronger position. I know this might sound harsh but Wallace,Reynolds,Brand, Tierney and Brierley are certainly not the answer, they're in the wrong division.

You know very well i offer my view and opinions throughout my post ,so why can't you explain with yours?

So C'mon Satan, elaborate and tell me why this isn't a good signing? Now, you tell me what you would do at this moment in time? You consistently give negative posts without backing up your reasons. Where should we strengthen? and also tell me who isn't good enough to be in the squad?

I’m sorry, but I can’t see us getting any wins at all going off Sunday’s 1st half non performance. The starting pack of forwards were totally outmuscled, and the left flank was totally exposed. The only positive was when the 3 forward subs who came on plus the wholehearted efforts of Jordan Thompson. If that first half gets repeated against a top side we will be 40 points down at half time .

Can't agree, we've just signed Gelling, and we must keep reinforcing where necessary. Our pack will hold their own, trust me.

I'm not sure one way or the other with this news.
On the one hand, I remember Gelling in his prime, on the other his later hot & cold performances & off field trouble.

My initial questions are how fit is he ?
When did he last play ?
Has he been training ?

If on a short term contract & looking to rebuild his future then we could have a real positive. Not sure where he is at with his legal case or heads space though !

Fingers crossed & hope for the best !
