That is not a very big squad at all- probably 4 short

Well there is 2 loan players and an overseas player reportedly to arrive yet.

3weeks till the new season starts,Derek said on LCTV that the loans deals were cut and dried, the overseas player was a possibility. I will go with what DB has said.

When Toronto went up I really though Beaumonet would go to town with the cheque book and bring in some real quality again but other than Sammutt that doesn't seem to have been the case. It looks more of a squad that says just make the top 5 rather than go for top 2 so I would imagine it will be a case again once Leigh are secure in the top 5, which you would imagine would be very late in the competition given the standard this year, then Beaumont will make a raft of signings to make a proper assault on promotion. I guess the hope is to catch teams like Fev, Toulouse and York cruising in the playoffs.

Last time we did that, we didn't make the playoffs.
