The official press release is incredibly petty. Makes it sound like its all the fans fault.

I mean the fans showing great sportsmanship, recognising the oppositions superb performance against the odds and clapping them off.

OK, I'll be the first to say it. I'm sad to see him go in this way, but I understand that the parting is inevitable. He's in a job where results are the ultimate measurement, and we just haven't been getting them.

Nevertheless, thanks for the nine years spent in our cause Neil and for getting us into Super League. Nobody can take that away from you.
