The LSV was built without debt, allowing the running of the facility with its costs and revenue opportunities to be done by LRLFC would make sense.
There should be caveats for community use eg Shaw cup final, Junior sports finals of both soccer and rugby, school sports finals etc

Agree with you there Maur. The Shaw cup final and the schools cup finals were good nights when we had them at HP. Would be great for it to be used for these things.
