Doesn't mean we haven't read it Lynda. Another example of the club 'walking the talk'. (i.e. doing what they said they would do) If you read Featherstone's vision for SL, they seem to have a small army of directors, each of whom is responsible for a specific aspect of the club. (much like Leigh did in the days of the Consortium)
Bolton by birth,

You're one of us, part of our culture, writing our history as you create your own, and making us stronger for it....
Sounds an excellent idea, considering the financial contribution of LISA to the cause over the years - but why does the club have to interview potential candidates for the INDEPENDANT supporters association rep??
And before anyone overreacts, this is not muck stirring - I'm just asking the question.
What any LISA member wanting to apply should ask themselves is what exactly they could bring to the table that isn't there already.
I can't think of anything I personally do which I don't do already in that I support LISA events and go to every home game and because of that I won't be applying.

With reference to my earlier post, I think that the prospective Board member would have to be prepared to contribute something - to the running of the Club that is.
Nevertheless, it's an excellent recognition, by the Club, of what LISA has contributed to the Centurions, these past few years.

I thought the same question too and was in fact and was surprised to hear this, I thought we should be trusted to make sure the LISA member that we voted for, was an worthy person. I would be truly honoured if I was to be given to opportunity though and I will give whoever is choosen 100 % backing.
