The community department do a great job going into schools, if the club could somehow build on that, and encourage the schools to support them in return.
May be little Billy at St Joe’s his Dad owns a small company, and although he can’t throw thousands of pounds away, perhaps he would consider a couple of hundred or so, for a bit of free advertising.
Have a Centurions Community Match (Thursday night TV game)
St Joes has 100 seats
50 free kids
50 parents pay £5 - tickets sold through school.
Billy’s Dad sponsors St Joes for say £300
There’s a school competition who can screen/shout the loudest, its now the turn of St Joes sponsored by Bill’s Dad Company, he’s also listed in the programme.
I know that only works out at £11 per parent but I wouldn’t want to be in that stand with all them screening kids nor filming above them.
It doesn’t need to be just schools it could be organisations. Leigh East/ Miners, Apple dance centre, etc I suggested to Hannah and Ryan a Centurion Girls section we need to work with the community.
