Beswick looked out of sorts and out of favour towards the end of the season when Higham came. A TOP player !!

I'd have Bob as my LF every day of the week !!

So we get rid of several players to bring Chase to the club, then he goes to Hull = recruitment FU, any takers on that scenario.

Snowy it's all about making the numbers add up, you can't beat the SC bigger clubs have tried and failed ,it's now about how bad we want Rangi at Leigh as I've said at times last season we had 8 to 10 players sitting in the stand surplus to requirements ,next season we will have a very high quality team who are on decent contracts our Chairman Mike Norris is NOT mug and won't sign a player unless it's viable and to be viable someone has to leave.The trouble is most of our players are contracted by the Club for next season.

maybe this is all cloak and dagger stuff Could be we know we cant get Chase so by getting rid of players now we will have money to bring in players for the play offs

All conjugal thoughts are irrellavent unless the RFL are ready to change the journey mapped out for the salary cap, myself I think you have jumped the bandwagon and now must feel the brunt of the sharp end.

We don't need Rangi Chase....especially if it means offloading Beswick, Armstriong & Barlow (like loverugbyleague.com has hinted at). But we do need another no. 6 as cover for Riddy, or recall Ben Reynolds (if we can) Why on earth we released Ben, when we haven't signed another stand off....is quite Bizarre !

Who said we want to beat the salary cap? Alls we want and legally should have his parity!
