Hope Sarsfield hasn't gone, he could be a good player if he can stay free of injuries. Haggerty wouldn't surprise me, good solid workhorse but we have players who can do that and something extra on top now.

Really hope we keep Spencer, don't know why he struggled to get into the team last season, I think he's a really good prop. Sam Barlow as always depends on what he wants to do and which of the rumours are true. Has all gone quiet so I hope that means he's sticking with us & Full Time rugby, could be a really great player if he puts 100% into it.

Recieved this email from the club today, looks like we'll have Big Sam next season !

"Would you like to get involved in Player Sponsorship at Leigh Centurions in the 2016 Kingstone Press Championship.

We still have a very limited number of Player Sponsorships available for the 2016 season. Would like to sponsor Greg Worthington, Dayne Weston, Reni Maitua, Jamie Acton, Mathias Pala, Sam Barlow or Eze Harper?"

Personally, I would get rid of Acton,and keep Sarsfield.

Well whatever we think we have no reserve team next season so I assume that could be something to do with it especially since Rangi Chase looks to be a Leyther next season.

I must admit I wouldn't mind signing Sarsfield as cover for our pack next season and would pick him every time over Acton with his Benn Hill impressions.I bet even your clown Charlie would choose Sarsfield.

You guys say that every year. Your pack cost you the chance of promotion this year.

As for Sarsfield its a shame he isnt a bit bigger as he could be a top player. Still reminds me a bit of Dane Manning though and if he gets anywhere near his ability for his size he will have done very well.

Great news. Sam could be a really great player if he puts his mind to it & gives it his full attention. His offloads are incredible, really glad he's staying.
