These comments beggars belief. What do they expect? I applaud the efforts of Leigh East, The Ellesmere, Our House and the Park Inn who are making an effort to do something for the fans on match day.
Compare that to the Legends bar, no advertising, no offers, slap a £2 charge on each fan and then wonder why no one goes in.
I would suggest that the management of Leigh/LSV (never quite sure myself where one starts and the other ends) take a leaf out Mr Chairman’s book on how to promote their club/stadium.
As far as I can see he takes every opportunity to promote the Leigh East in a positive manner and keep people up-to-date without letting out matters that should be kept within the club.
Whenever I go on other clubs forum’s again he there promoting his club and inviting them down. Other than his own time this doesn’t require a huge marketing budget. So instead of the LSV criticising him, they should be fighting back and showing what they are made of.
