The sheer fact that our club can put a serious proposal together, and one that by all accounts is being carefully considered for a player of such magnitude just shows the stature of our club and where it is progressing.

Just read dereks observer article, he said its great to be linked to world stars, but we have to be realists. I take that as we wont be signing jh. But we are talking to a SL player and a aussie who will be with us for 2 years.

It looks like we have had a right pop at signing Hayne, yes I did think it was a wind up btw, but this guy was voted best player in NRL before going to NFL and ARU plus about every club in NRL will be after him. If he pulls it off wow, if he fails then wow. Roll on deadline then we will know what the squad is for the 8's
