Slice of BUTTERED bread for lobby butties and general bowl-wiping duties. Delicious, AND saves on washing up.



My grandma (who left school at ten and worked at Tunnicliffes Mill before setting up a hairdressers in their front room on Findlay Street) used to butter the loaf then slice the buttered piece off. Genius, IMHO.
