Just agreeing, because I too have sensed that whenever Leigh have a good win, certain people, often the fans of teams who play you, claim that they have had a particularly bad day and that Leigh are rubbish. I personally feel that you should judge each game individually and on its merits. I do not buy that every time Leigh win it is because the opposition are rubbish or have had a bad day. Head in sand. Not sure what you mean. Yesterday Leigh were well beaten. Nobody could argue, but for example, at Widnes, I do feel that it was hinted that Widnes were suddenly rubbish and I cannot agree with that. Most teams will have their good and bad days this season. Constructive criticism is great and objective viewing of a game and when a team has played poorly they need to admit it and try and improve for the next game. If you do not admit your weaknesses you will never move on and get better. However, by the same token, if your team plays well and gets a good result, it is not always because the opposition were rubbish. There is nothing wrong in acknowledging this.

we can keep calling our backs all day but they are not been given the chance to play attacking rugby you can count on one hand the amount of ball centres donlan and reay get in open play the only time the backs get the ball is from acting halfback if kelly cant see this then its time for him to go we need a standoff urgently to bring the backs into play our fitness levels are worst in league mort can be a good player but a fullback he is not never in the right place in defence donlan maybe reay who was wigans reserve fullback need to play here

Not sure about that - we outlasted Widnes, who are a full-time team. What hasn't done us any favours, as part-timers, is three games in nine days, with a long journey inbetween. Having to play again on Thursday is a totally unfair imposition by the RFL/Sky.

Both need to shoulder the responsibilities for the results.

Players playing dumb rugby, gifting possession and territory to the opposition with mistakes, poor tackling and giving away cheap penalties.

Coach making strange selections and timing of substitutions and dour game plan.

Everything i was thinking and you know what your talking about and it comes across in your post, very well put ,im just fed up with all the negativity that comes across from certain posts as soon as there is a loss or a win for that matter ,dont get me wrong im just as frustrated as the next person but then i just look forward to the next game .

we were beaten by an improving toulouse side, but we stood off them and allowed their halfbacks to run the show.kelly and rowley must see that one man rugby is not going to win us games, neither is doing his usual trick of waiting for the fans to sing jamie durbins name before putting him on.Dont blame the team for a poor display, the tactics come from the coaches.

But we were averaging 2500+ a few years ago - the fans HAVE turned up in the past but as the quality has worsened the crowds are falling.

We can't keep blaming the fans - no one pays good money for nothing. If the club had maintained rugby standards when the crowds were higher then when we moved to LSV we could possibly have expected about another 500 - 1000.

The club has to take most of the blame due to bad management, I mean who would have taken on an unqualified coach? Our playing quality has been reduced each season so the drop in fans should not be a surprise. Come on guys, do your bit first and the fans will return. Do nothing and we will soon be on a par with Swinton / Rochdale etc.
