What do Leigh charge for walk up admission? (based on an adult)

Halifax is £14, as is Whitehaven, Barrow was £13 and I think Sheffield was as well,

Fax did cut admission to £10 for the Widnes cup game, and may do the same for the NRC tie but would depend on Leigh agreeing.

AFAIK Oldham are the most expensive side to watch in NL2 or Championship 1 as it should be called, and they certainly aren't offering value for money on the pitch right now.

Could be a sub 500 crowd on the telly, which will be embarassing for them, they managed about 800 vs Workington (with very few away fans) and about the same vs Lezignan in the CC (who wont have brought many) and not all the fans will be willing to fork out to go on a coach to Leigh for what should be a home game, or make their own way there, Added to the fact that Leigh is furthur away from Fev than Oldham, that will also put some travelling fans off. especially as its on the telly box.

Thought it was £14 standing and £16 seated? Or do you mean the Owdum game?

Oldham Game : Thu Apr 23, 2009 6:49 am
No pricing structure has been released for this game.

I guess that will be a matter for discussion for the boards at Oldham and Fev.

In the past Oldham have been very innovative for televised league games and poineered the 1 pound charity addmision in 2007 for the Celtic game and attracted a serious crowd, a process repeated against Donny last year when we wore Pink shirts.

With this being a shared gate it won't just be Oldham's call but you would hope that there would be some form of incentive to attract season ticket holders of other clubs to attend, especially those from Leigh.

You also have to consider the cost of the LSV in this - not cheap as I understand it.
And if you come up with incentives and end up with a crowd of over 2k this messageboard will go into meltdown

To quote the article i linked to in the Original Post

Only the West Stand, with seating for 3,600 spectators, will be open for the game and normal matchday prices of £14 adults, £10 concessions and £5 for juniors apply.

Link - http://www.oldham-chronicle.co.uk/news- ... lash-moved

Article goes on to say

“We will be pulling out all the stops to get as many supporters as we can over to Leigh that night.”

Presume this means they will be laying on coaches or something?
