i would say yes they poss travelled on coach[ i drove this group of individuals are at all games. i know some were not singing vulgaritys and know a few of them. would not highlight any individual but as of yet ave not sang any profanities at home games.

why??

cos it aint big an its not hard, most are young naive and think its a rugby culture.

we all like banter, but i appeal to these lads to stop the vulgarity and progress with the good support you ave shown leigh centurions in the last few seasons,

we ave started a new era at leigh in give local lads a chance and to be recognised for bad mouthed fans is not what the club needs.

although to be fair he had a much better game in the challenge cup when we played the Ruskies , to be fair he did well not to have a worse game or fans would of been baying for his blood

Someone from within this group needs to talk to them explaining the damage they are doing, perception will have a very important role to play in the next round of franchising and we are not influencing that positively with foul and abusive chanting by a few.
We all swear, we all are certainly not angels but a line needs to be drawn for the family culture we need to grow in order to be successful.

One of the (few?) benefits of the LSV is that the abusive and profane brigade seem to be in the standing area. The result is a really civilised atmosphere in the West Stand. This results in fans actually talking to each other in a friendly way just like I remember many years ago.

I think these lot where on the mini bus not the LISA coach BTW, they usually sing and have banter, but IMHO went too far a couple of times on SUNDAY. We was sat further down in the stand and all of us said that it was wrong what they were singing. In the second half they calmed down a bit.

Stewards/police have the authority to eject people who are usuing foul and abusive language, what did they do?
Until society can stop this language in our streets and on our TVs then I'm afraid it will persist!

Yes it should be a relatively easy matter to identify these people. The Leigh club should be informed and the offenders suspended or, ultimately, banned.

We cannot afford to let this minority get away with it.

That a bit harsh, as I said they are usually well behaved and just got a bit giddy, a little quite word would be more apporpiate(sp).
