When we fill this ground every game ( and yes I think we will one day) I will definitely change my ST to the East stand. I dont know but seeing the two teams coming out of the tunnel seems get me excited and I weant to make more noise. Just seeing them appear from underneath me is a bit of a supprise and leaves the crowd flat.

I think it is now agreed that there must be a way to prevent the swipe cards only allowing people access to one side of the tunnel without the club finding a way for people to have access to both sides.

The result, as I have said, will be friends and members of the same family having to sit separately for a whole season.

I am not in the business of blaming anyone and sympathise with the club in not having full control of the situation.

However I think a solution is needed urgently. The simplest one, it seems to me, is to allow access across the 'directors box' above the tunnel at any time (maybe even closing these seats).

By the way, where is this 'scaffolding area'?

Please can we have some urgent reassurance on this?

the only problem with the east stand for me anyway, is if it is sunny, i would struggle to see the play proper, some may think this an advantage.

If you look today, there is temporary scaff tube been put around the said box because the safety hand rail was not high enough. That is where people were getting to the other side the other week.

I would suggest you write to Allan Rowley this is an unofficial forum and whilst the club has acted on things put here in the past the only way to assure that is to write/speak directly to him.

And Stephen look at it the other way did you ask/tell them on which side of the stand you wanted to sit? its a question I would have been asking whilst there is no reserved seating and no changing of stand 'ends'.

The physical barrier near the tunnel was implemented after the Wigan game as the match commisioner complained that no other stadium allowed anyone to pass the players entrance pitchside, as for the whys ask him and the rfl.

the scaffolded area is the bit above the players tunnel with scaffold around it, its the condemned press box, which has to be rebuilt so et your complaints in and they MAY pt a walk way in but to the lsv management as well as Leigh Centurions.

why would i ask, when i did not know there was a choice, i assumed that seeing as it was not reserved i could sit anywhere, this clearly is not the case, as you know i am a avid fan of reserved seating, but i did not get what i wanted, so i accepted that situation, only now to be faced with yet another decision, i reafirm how could i ask when i did not know what the question was.

Today there were no stewards near the 'Tommy Sale' area and, unlike last week, anyone could cross over above the tunnel.

Maybe they were listening to me?

What a mess! I'll stick to standing in the north stand, £2 cheaper too.

I suggest Fred some of your replies on this forum are a very aggressive and a bit out of order. Take a chill pill.
