Would imagine that the company would be providing a specialist to cater for the first game, unless there has been extensive training with the system at LSV (can't see it, given the short timespan).

just picked up season tickets 6 for North stand it just says North on them and 1 for west stand and on that it says West-N which I take to mean the side of the west stand nearest to the north stand if that makes any sense to you
