Disagree, on his day (which admittedly isn't at the moment) Cooky offers a lot, lets not forget he plays in a position in which is historically one that favours the late developer especially at our level and Cooky is still a 'baby' in terms of 'prop' years. Meeks will also go through a 'sticky phase' its part of the learning curve, but will agree that at the mo Meeks is the better bet, he is also a couple of years younger than Cooky.
But lets look on this positively we have in Morrison Hill Meekin Cookson four of the best young props in the championship, that and young Jacko who for me will be this years 'find' and once the grounds firm up it could be that Kelly may move JT and Armistead up as emergency props in a 'spelling stage' (no not ABC
) allowing him to bring on strong runners like Adam Thomas (and the way he played on Sun, Stewart)
