I don't think you can put the blame on one in particular, yes the coach needs to set a good game plane, set pieces etc but once they step on the pitch the players need to perform and not a lot more the coach can do other than the half tim talk!!

We need t face facts the team has been put together for the future we are not in the postion were we can expect to beat most teams like a few years ago, we have average players who at the minute are playing badly!

good point personally i think the lads are doing great youngish team like u sed building for the future...... just silly mistakes hurting us but things will come good in time

Didnt go today (obviously).............but the thing that I`ve noticed so far is that all the oposition teams are doing is feeding of our mistakes. This is what as cost us the games that we`ve lost and the points we`ve conceded when we have won.
We have a team of young local lads who will come good given time.........after all we are building for the future....give the lads time cos we aint far off the mark, and with the addition of a couple experianced players we will come good later in the season.

Stewart, Watson, Donlan, Hobson, Alstead, Madden, young?

The others aren't young in rugby terms - 17/18yrs old are youngsters but ours are a couple of years older - they will not get much better now.

A few maybe eg Morty but those that do will be snapped up by SL or better Championship sides. Let's not kid ourselves.

Maybe we need a younger coach with fresher more up to date ideas. I've nothing against NK but I feel our style of rugby is very stale & predictable.

I think the problem lies at the Top ,many of the fans,myself included saw Mr Thomas as the great white knight, but it has not happened ,i feel we need new Directors,with go forward ,ideas ,we have have a good stadium ,decent fans ,and i hope we are not made laughing stock ,on thursday ,we could go into freefall now,we are goinglong periods without scoring ,we are devoid of ideas .

we have a fantastic stadium and we have the team we can afford.
no individual club director or chairman is going to throw money into a bottomless pit.
if the fans turn up and put cash into the club, we will have a more successful team.

there is nothing wrong with the coach.

Yet 2 weeks ago when we beat Widnes away we were 'on the right path' and everything was rosy. Were Widnes that bad then? We have to face facts, we don't have the money to spend on better players. I'm as frustrated as everyone. As for new investment, in the current climate thats very unlikely to happen. We have to persevere with youth and maybe pick up one or two players along the way if we can. Sacking NK is not the answer, besides that would cost us money we can ill afford to waste.
