Setanta are cutting their NRL games down to 1 a week instead of the 2 or3 they can show. They advertise a minimum of 2 games a week for subscribers. They are doing this for the next 2 months. Apparently they explained to a Wigan fan that they were covering extra Magners Rugby Union games. I have sent a strongly worded email threatening to cancel my subscription if the NRL games are not reinstated. funny you should post this as i noticed this, and have already sent a email to them, they sent me some flimsy reply, saying they intend to show 2 games, i sent a reply asking them to tell me which 2 games they are showing this weekend, as i can only see the eels v raiders game this sat morning, am still awaiting a reply, but i have a number and think i will ring them tomorrow, the number for anybody who wants to complain is

i will post their reply on this board, however that excuse that they are showing more magners ru games is ridiculous, because they are repeating the eels/raiders game at least twice, and so they could cut down on the repeats and show the other game they are meant to show.

well i said i would ring i have just done so, asked to speak to a customer service manager, as the girl who answered was very polite, but clueless whn it came to rl, he said he would investigate my question about the reduction in live games, tried to say there were 2 on, but the one he quoted was a repeat from last weekend, he has taken my number at work and said he will make enquiries as to why only 1 live game, when he has admitted they have the rights to 2 live games per round, i also explained it can't be for scheduling reasons, as they are repeatiung the 1 live game at least twice, will keep you all nfomred.

well fred, not sure which email address you used, i will have a look porbably tomorrow night and find out which one i used, spoke to them today and less than helpful, one person even said her boss was to busy to speak to me, love to see what our customers would say if they rang me for a benefit question and i said that, disgraceful, then got a answer from somebody else saying they only have rights to one game, thuis is not what my email said which i recieved of them on tues, its all a mess, but i will get to the bottom of it.
