Anyone else still waiting for stuff thats been pre paid for?

Ordered the snow lepoard polo back in June, and still waiting?

Everytime i get in touch with the club stall, i am told its delayed. Now i know its probably not the club or the stalls fault for the delay. Keep getting told different dates as to when they will arrive, but looks like a carrot dangle to be honest. Been going on for 4 months now and just a bit frustrated with no real transparancy with regard to when they are coming in.

What is a reasonable time to wait for goods you have paid for.

Roy, could I suggest that you either speak to them and give them a deadline of, say 14 days - evidence this in writing - to provide you with the goods failing which you require a full refund.

In the alternative, ask for the money back now.

I think any retailer would struggle to justify 4 months as a reasonable period to provide ordered goods. They are well outside of that so you would be entitled to ask for your money back now.

Not good enough is it.See they ballsed tickets up again.

Send official complaint by email fao Steve Kerr not Derek he never replies to speccies.Ask for money back plus compensation for your waste of time and effort.Copy to IMG.
