2023 Betfred Challenge Cup Round Six - Who Will Progress This weekend sees the Super League sides join the remaining Championship sides in an eagerly anticipated sixth round of the Betfred Challenge Cup as sixteen hopefully embark on the road to Wembley and the 2023 Challenge Cup Final. One second tier side is guaranteed a place in the quarter finals as York RLFC Knights were drawn to play the London Broncos in an all-Championship affair. The other remaining sides from outside Super League have a much more daunting task as Halifax host the World Club Champions St Helens, and Batley Bulldogs must travel to inform Hull Kingston Rovers. The chat on the Wakey forum is that they will play better in attack now that their attacking coach has decamped to Fev. Guess we'll see, though there's not that much wrong with our defence this season (barring annoyingly shipping too many singletons).

I was able to tune in on Mixlr. Very good commentary.
I expected a 20 minute slug out and the us getting on top with superior fitness and speed of game from there onward. Seems we just had too much for them from the get-go.
Don’t fear anyone in the next round right now, but would like the easiest game possible at LSV to least tax the players.

I would be happy with Salford, Hull (if they win) or the winners of York and London. At home of course.
