Excellent news, I've always thought Pownall has been an excellent player, very fast and agile which going full time will only improve. Think it shows just how strong our squad is that Pownall isn't getting into the starting team.

We all have our opinions on who we rate and who we don't rate , that's how it should be , it would be pretty boring if we all chose the same 17 players every week .



Looking at our FULL playing Squad , I think at least 6 maybe 8 will be shown the door for next season , and you don't have to be Charlie to know who they are

, I agree though about just because a Player is a nice guy of from Leigh doesn't make him a good player .



We need to rise to another level next season to challenge the 2 teams relegated , and Fax and the Seagulls will be smarting even though at a disadvantage in Monetary terms , so in my opinion we need to sign around 6 players , but it has already been reported that Rowls has identified where we need to Strengthen .

Never said it did just stating a fact, and the BOD and head coach are the ones who matter and they obviously agree with me (or I with them) and that's what matters they give out the contracts not I, amazing how many agree with the signing though compared to those that don't.

Plus dont twist other peoples words I actually speak for myself NOT most people as do most on here.

Slightly off topic but i am surprised no one has mentioned Bob Beswick in there discussions for signing for next year. I for one think he is a definite and although i have not always been a Penky fan, the last few weeks have really blown me away in the way these two guys work.

I think Bob and Penky are getting towards the wrong end of the spectrum, age-wise in terms of handing out 2 year full-time contracts, looking at who already has them. Hard to know what will happen and the timing of when the BOM want to pull the trigger and make everyone full time. They way we are going it won 't be too long before we are mathematically guaranteed a Top 2 spot..
