he hasbeen refered to on another thread a few days ago, Tongan 'International' with NL1 experience, and if its true his old club have cut the players wages I can't see how they can afford him now.

If it's him, 'Haven were having visa problems, before their wage cuts. It seems that Tongan internationals qualify for a visa, at some clubs, but not others! Perhaps we should ask the Crusaders to sign him, and then loan him to us? Bingo, visa problem overcome!
