Trying to plan a 'team' from the squad will be what is difficult and making a good gameplan for the players we have available. I imagine we will have a very lightweight bench so a good start will be crucial so IMO we should start with Brierly at 7. Beswick to play at 13 with Duffs and Nico rotating at Hooker.

Gonna be tough but the lads have done us proud so far and being just 80mins from the GF will be huge motivation.

Well apparently Parker was training last week and was rated at 60/40 to play against Fev. Whether he has got through training unscathed I don't know and whether he will play against Sheffield I don't know. To be honest though, I would not be surprised at all if he did play - this is Rob Parker we're talking about and he isn't actually human!

If he doesn't make it, however, then one option we do have is putting Maden in at centre, move Littler to SR and put Deano on the wing. I know it isn't ideal to mess around with your team like that in the play offs but needs must I guess.

Or Start Littler with Maden & later on bring McGilvray on & shift stu to SR then Maden doesn't have a one on one with Yere for the full 80

Rob was on Radio Manchester last Thursday. He said it would take eight weeks before he will be fit again.

Match fit I think he means but TBH I would of thought Rob would of been keeping as fit as he can be given the circumstances doing a bit of running that isn't impact on the hand
