Any coach could drill a team to beat us, hammer our right side all day, easy. But no way you give a GF-making side an 18 point lead and expect to claw it back. Still much work to do but it says a lot about the league that even in our early stages we're still in the mix at the top.

We wont be in the mix once we've played the big boys. Leeds next week and Saints the week after will hammer the right side. Neither Thewlis nor Tai could tackle a big dinner.

Cats always look good attacking & defending kicks ... and we've not matched this for a few years now.
They look so physical compared to us.

Four sets on their line and we came away with nothing despite a rocking home crowd and loads of pressure. Not sure if the credit goes to them or we just can't finish.

two defeats to Catalan now, if we get beat by st helens aswell in the cup it'll prove we STILL aren't much cop under burgess. can't just go beating the mid teams.

If we are being honest as fans we want an improvement on last year, best of the rest after Wigan and saints will be too much this year in my opinion. I want us to compete and to blood a few youngsters who will only get better with game time. Patience is the key after the sheeite we've been served up the past few years.

Besides one blip in 2016, its been about 10 years of mediocrity. There is no 'patience' to ask of us anymore. People except us to be happy because it's not 2022 levels of sheet. Which is a load of crap personally. Another year of promise and change, and we're still middling.
