Correct we just got nilled against a mid-table side with half their players missing when they didn't even play that well. Shocking

Nine players most would consider to be first choice missing from Rovers squad. The difference between the two sides was that one played as a team with the limited resources available the other consisted of a group of highly paid individuals. With the exception of Cooper didn’t Price
have a full squad to choose from?

Yes and that is when Price is at his poorest. The only decent spell during his tenure was when we had a number of injuries and the squad picked itself.

And so you aim towards the sky,
And you'll rise high today,
Fly away, Far away,
Far from pain....

How on earth is Ashton getting drilled after Stefans performance and the ridiculous decision to play D Clark. Deserved to be laughed at tonight, the worst of all our losses and I've been at many a howler. Tonight showed the worth of a coach, team of journeymen against supposed superstars and they wiped the floor with us.

My assessment of Ashton wasn't me 'drilling' him, it was me pointing out something obvious and that he is never in a million years a full back.

He's an obvious attacking talent and it's going to be a challenge for Powell to get him into the side and make use of his ability, but at full back his weaknesses will be constantly exposed and any positives from his attacking impact would be negated and points regularly conceded, as opponents target him.

It's taken a while to calm myself down but all things considered, the investment in the squad and the therefore the expectation that comes with it but was THE most disappointing performance I think I've ever seen, a total disgrace.

Sure we've been beaten before but abject doesn't begin to cover that 'performance' last night

I guess the Guardian are taking the proverbial by putting up an MoM poll. For all of Price’s failings those players should have been able to deal with everything HKR threw at them, they failed miserably and if they aren’t taking a long hard look At themselves today then they lack any self awareness

You know it's a bad day at the office when Smithy can't even come and defend that 'performance.

Well by all accounts quite a few of the team were at Haydock Park races yesterday so obviously not bothered about showing their faces after that all time low performance.
