Just my opinions unless it's a FACT, in which case it's a fact.

Well that won’t deter the conspiracy theorists on a certain other board!

At least we closed the game out with 12 men and got the last try, at one point I thought the SKY team was going to demand a recount.

Inclined to agree with this to a point. He is full of effort, but he’s not a second row forward unfortunately. Credit to him for putting his hand up to play where asked, but… we had a second row on the bench, a pretty good one in great form.

Wrench struggled with Matautia and JSL, if it wasn’t for that winger having an absolute stinker, it could have been different, so if Price was desperate to shoehorn Austin in, he could have put him there, but more realistically, it was a landslide when he came on, he should have took off Widdop/Williams/Ratchford for a break.

I do struggle with Price and his rationale behind “the fourth sub”. And I fear Ashton will be compelled to that spot next week in order to appease him for how he played, but to revert to plan A. It is just a waste though, another big body, even Doro, would be better on the bench if you’re not going to use the back. Let’s face it, it’s likely to be Sita, Walker, Mulhearn and Ashton next week though.

I agree. We conceded the first try but the main collapse came on the back of a needless Austin penalty on the fifth tackle resulting in another try.

I’ve no issue if Austo plays or not, so long as bench supremacy isn’t compromised. Nice guy is Blake, but I have zero grace and goodwill tolerance.
Austo was unplayable 3 years ago and absolutely nailed on for man of steel, he hasn’t been remotely near that form since his leg injury in the summer of 2019.
Widdop is absolutely massive for us and looks very comfortable with Ratchford and Williams. That fluidity isn’t there with Austo in the halves this season.
He made absolutely no difference to the team when he came on. Not that he should, as a replacement, you can only want for that and perhaps a little more with freshness of legs.
I’m very at ease not to see him play again got us and have a huge pack and bench.

I haven't seen the match ,just listened to it on the radio. The commentators were suggesting that we hadn't made any tries of our own but had swooped on Cas mistakes to score ,worrying if that's the case.

A sign of a good side that makes the opposition compound with errors.

It's not true though. I'm sure Cooper finding Hill in a hole would be seen as our good play. Wrench's try took some scoring too. Most of their tries came from our penalties.

True, really worried about our lack of pace. It's a good job all our tries were handed on a plate and just required us to fall over the line.

Luke gale also said that, absolute rollicking.

Unless you include Danny Richardson being inept at tackling as swooping on an error
