Wasn't there supposed to be an agreement that there would be at least 5 days between games ? Our game on Sunday is a classic for this as we have a four day break while Leeds have only 3. Maybe the RFL or more likely sky are dictating the game scheduling but players still would benefit from a minimum of 5 days recovery time.

In a normal season yes, but the clubs decided the season start date and the fixture scheduling to maximise the potential of people through the gate.

This was the choice of the SL clubs, as ever making bad decisions for the wider game. Absolutely nothing to do with the RFL.

I don’t think we can blame the clubs for trying to get the best outcome after the past 18 months.

Probably great for getting bums on seats till clubs run out of bodies at the sharp end of the season.
