I said this earlier in the year and more recently that Fitzpatrick had made a statement that Widdop was going nowhere and plans were made for him in 2022, I even posted the statement but many were convinced he was still going

You were never doubted, Karetaker. Perhaps folk doubted Widdop being tempted by an NRL contract after KF had denied such stories.
