The only reason we are a laughing stock is because we have not won the title for 65/66 years. In all other respects, we are the envy of Super League.

If we’ve released Inglis to make space for Williams, why haven’t we announced his signing?

I know I’m being impatient but I’m fed up of clicking on page 50-something of a thread every morning to see what’s happening…

Possibly as we don't want the two to be seen as connected, as it's obvious we're being creative with the cap. It is frustrating though.

Let’s not forget G.I was signed for, let’s say a minimum wage. Releasing him still won’t free up enough space for a so called marquee signing.

There is the possibility we had a bit of cap space to work with already but not enough to sign Williams for this season. Releasing Inglis may put us over the threshold.

Could it be that we sign Williams on a contract till end of season then give him his new deal for next season after.

Will this club ever learn?Another publicity stunt gone wrong and I for one do not believe in a month of Sunday’s that he’s not receiving a wage for this new so called voluntarily role as there would have been an outcry if they announced he’s still on the payroll especially with Mamo being shown the door.Laughing stock this club is becoming.

I'm enjoying this this laughing stock, it's got a nice warming and tasty flavour to it.

This, Inglis was definitely a gamble worth taking, I think it's a shame he got injured he was looking alright to me when he played.

If he looked alright then go spec savers..he was tubby slow and shoe horned into the team but we sold some shirts..can't see a club in the NRL in a rush to sign him...wonder who said that

He was good in his second game at fullback against Catalans. There aren't clubs in a rush to sign Mamo doesnt mean he would have been good enough for us if he signed on. Same goes for King but I'm glad he signed a new long term contract too.

He has always been a little on the larger side, I think he would have come good and played a part for us this season.
