Warrington Wolves best attack in the League : Tue May 11, 2021 5:24 am

You've never had it so good. Enjoy it whilst you can.
Is it the players or just clever, intuitive coaching?
Can you just imagine watching dreary old Wigan?

It's an encouraging start we have made really when you consider who we have played. Seems like the best 6 teams in the league have emerged, and we are one of them. We have played 3 of the other 5 in those top 6, the best of the rest and only one game against the poorest opposition.

I think there is more to come from Huddersfield they don't look far off the pace but they're not getting the results, I'd back them to come good under Watson but hopefully not this round. We obviously have the 2 big rivals to play but Leeds, Salford and Wakefield are really struggling at the minute. We should win 4 of the next 6 anyway and who knows against the top 2, I think they're better teams than us but they're not hitting top form themselves at the minute especially saints.

I’ve been a big critic of Price and I’m not a big fan as you all know but to be fair to him he’d have won one trophy and got us to three finals at least come the end of the season whilst if you compare that to Lam at Wigan who will have been there three years at the end of the season, he hasn’t won anything and been to one final. If Wigan fail to win the Grand Final this season with that squad then he has been a massive failure and in my opinion doesn’t receive enough criticism.

On wet / damp days in big games they have struggled as they do lack a bit of size in the forwards. They have found it hard to make yards upfield.
A trip to the Wigan forum is informative and amusing. The RL Supporter seems to be short on sympathy for their own team when they lose.

It could be said Saints are in a false position, look at who they have played. All in the bottom six.

They certainly have sterner tests to come but I'd expect them to raise their game, they've got the best squad in the league IMO. May lose that 100% record though i the games to come.

But for the diabolical vs Cas, we’d be somewhere near topping the best defence too.
