Not the only post they've made. Clear troll.

Fair enough. As a Saints fan I'd have been happy for us to get him and for me he'd be an upgrade on Naiqama. But was always a long shot really.

I'd have been gutted if you signed him to be honest, you'd have the best right and the best left centres in the league in Percival and King. King is much better than naiquama IMO.

Maybe we should pit in a cheeky bid in for Percival to try to create that partnership. He'd look good in pnb.

Be very surprised if it was £170k per year. More likely to be agent talk - i'd take anything from them with an enormous pinch of salt. It's in their best interest to inflate any deals they have managed to pull off.

But good news if he has signed, I won't get in to a discussion on where he sits in terms of SL centres, but he is up there, still young and improving year on year and one less piece of a jigsaw we need to find for 2022 that has plenty of missing pieces right now.

He's the best centre in the league. I wouldn't swap him for any other centre currently playing in SL.

Does King normally play on the right? I'm sure I've seen him on the left a few times this season.

he was left centre last year and this after goodwin moved on, he's had a good link up with currie and widdop and charnley(and lineham before that)

we've moved him to the right to accomodate GI once, and then right second row when hughes was banned

Yeah, I think maybe we're not giving him enough credit for standing out in a team that really hasn't clicked in attack very often the last couple of years. He as a very good all-round game and very rarely makes mistakes. I wasn't sold on the idea of paying over the odds for him, but looking at it now I actually think if he went to Saints or Wigan he'd look even better than he does now and we'd have the term "world-class" shoved down our throats every time he was on TV.

If he's staying under Powell I'll be a very happy chappy. Not sure about the right centre position but Matautia (if true) wouldn't be too bad. Not many top centres to choose from these days.

No he isn’t the highest paid. Hurrell is a marquee and Naqwama is also marquee.

I thought Percival was Saints marquee? But yes Hurrell is also marquee. Rather have King than Hurrell any day.
