A reasonable discussion which doesn't involve racism or insults is fine within the AUP, but let's keep it civil guys.

Racism is unacceptable full stop. It doesn't need a campaign or such for it to be so. To explain away a player racially abusing a fellow professional as it being done in the heat of the moment and the minimum - I repeat the minimum - ban being imposed because of a good character reference beggars belief. He racially abused a fellow professional. However many times I say it, I can't believe it or that he has a future in the game.

I can differentiate between racial language and racism. I struggle with a hierarchy of insults. What I mean by this i don't really see why if you call someone a fat c☆☆☆ that the person receiving that abuse should be ignored compared to someone being called a black c☆☆☆, would get a 8 match ban. They are insults designed to upset or rile and to do so you say what you know what will push the buttons and in the heat of a combatative sport.
Now I see this very different to someone that repeatedly uses racist language during a game or treating people of other races differently to their own race.
If Tony clubb was called a fat c , a southern c, a white c, a big nose c etc.. what ban should the player that called him those things get?

Just for accuracy ... it was reported that Tony Club called Andre Savelio "a stupid Polynesiun c"

I don't think if you can't see the difference between calling someone fat or Southern on the one hand and racially abusing someone on the other that there is much to discuss. It is so self evidently on a different scale that you're not going to get it. I have left out the reference to calling him a white whatever as that is a whole different argument.
