Christ if he's turned down 140k a year i doubt we'll offer him more. 140k a year is more then fair. Also that's IF he's turned a contract from us and IF we offered him 140k as that's all rumour.

How on earth do people find out what players have been offered? Salary is one of those things that are not normally discussed even with your best mates.

I suppose it could be a way of sniffing out a mole. Different people told a different amount and see which gets out. Like that spat between 2 footballers wives.
