Spend the money on a shared facility with an Amateur club.

Pros train in the day amateurs in the evening.

Two birds with one stone as it would show a proper commitment to the local talent breeding grounds.

Too bad the club didn’t buy rylands rec instead of Rooney’s manager. That could make a great RL centre of excellence.
