It was a high tackle, however I agree with Eddie that it hit his chest and carried up into his face. Penalty was suffient IMO. I thought the yellow card was a little hard, but if you make two high tackles, regardless of their severity with a ref like Ganson on the field, you take that risk.

TBH, I completly agree with the decision of No Charge. There was nothing malicious, just a little careless.

He could have bit his own lip when hitting the deck. It wasn't high full stop. The highest point of contact was Horne's shoulder.
