Thought he had yet another solid performance last night. Always makes good yards and is solid in defence.

Im so pleased for him cos tbh last season I thought his career was over.

Well worth another contract now if you ask me.

Fully agreed, he's been very solid this season and I was another fearing his career was over at the start of last season.

Think he was tentative when he came back @ the end of last season, but he has really made an impact from the bench this term

I would only offer pay per play contract personally, if he didn't accept i would let him go.

I agree. Decent servant, shoulder injury worry, tail end of career, probably peaked 2 seasons ago, pay per play or let him go to Salford/Leigh.

He's comfortably get a new deal for me.

All told, attaching last season to this so far, he's probably played getting on for 20 games, nearly a season or so without injury.

There's nothing kicking around in SL right now that's available and better than Wood.

He's looking better & better this year as it's going on, I think having a pre season has helped him, When he came back last year, he was so out of condition & also gaining confidence back in the shoulder post injury, so I think he can be excused for those last few games.

For me, quietly, he's been one of our best performers this year.

Probably the lesser clubs such as Wigan and Quins, Probably Cas, Hudds and Wakefield although i think there content with what they have.
