Kind of rams home the point about the importance of RL in the wider world. No TV game on saturday for the stupid horse racing now the draw at a ridiculous time when most people are at work with no access to media outlets.

I never understood why the draw isn't done immediately following the final whistle of the CC weekend.

Exactly, it would take about 5 minutes and mean more people tuning in to find out who their club was playing.

Maybe the BBC's Tanya Arnold is worried one of the dignitaries might grap hold of her balls by mistake.
