Josh Griffin joining Wakey? I know he’s 33 so age isn’t on his side. But i suspect they’ll get a good year or two out of him. He was playing well in the second row up until his ban. Im just thinking back up options for second row/centre. I think he would be better than Peanut and Minikin. The thought of Minikin playing centre when we have injuries makes me shudder.

Not from a reliable source but been told Mikaele coming back without his family for rest of the season.

Would be great that, he is now contacted to Gold Coast Titans but only playing for their reserves, so maybe the rumour could have legs?

I have been thinking about this for a while. If we would ask Tom to come back for the last month or two. Be a good move if he’s in the same form.

I'd love mikaele to come back personally. We haven't been the same since he left us.

Mikaele is only contacted to Gold Coasts until the end of the season and playing reserve grade rugby.

He needs 1st team games to put himself in the shop window, to earn another contract somewhere.

So a loan move to Wire until the season end would help him to show his worth and that would be supporting his family.

If I remember correctly his child has some difficulties hence his desire to return to be with family in Australia... that will probably be the defining issue here ....another spell in our shopping window won't help any NRL ambitions or he'd already be playing 1st grade over there

Looks like the pies are signing Keighran from Catalan, great signing for me that - they’re definitely getting the best out of the King move.

I completely agree ... Who seriously thinks King will come back and not carry on the nonsense between him and Powell that couldn't be resolved without his being moved on
