Run the video until the 80 is up and watch Matuatia sprinting to Mbyes' celebration under the sticks.... No injury there and I hope PVs rep shows that incident as evidence that it was purely time wasting and nothing else.
Maybe Pete might av a word with his bru to support his appeal.... But being a Saints player I very much doubt that..... Vaughan must appeal, its nothing like the others as he wasn't hurt.

Sionne Matatuia (SP) got 3 match ban last yr for similar pulling Levi up for faking an injury.

Maybe the Disciplinary Committee when they are analysing each game to the "n" degree should impose bans on players who make miraculous recoveries after they have played the ball and were quite obviously wasting time by feigning an injury.

But that was a bloke on the floor pretending to be injured. And nobody knows at the time if an injury is genuine or not, so that is a big no no. Vaughan grabbed a bloke who was already getting up of his own accord.

But was getting up slowly; Vaughan assumed it was time wasting but he didn’t know. It would hardly be the first injured player gets up gingerly. The circumstances are comparable, and to be fair to the MRP if we scream consistency at them, they are being consistent in this circumstance.

The reality is both instances were handled incredulously, but until we as fans stop pointing and laughing because “it’s those over the other side of the hills turn this time� the MRP will continue to do as they are doing; ruining the sport. Tribalism has let them create a situation where they have as much sway over a season as a ref does and that’s just insane.
