I guess there’s been an extension that the club haven’t yet announced, but it’s been accidentally put on the website.

no, he signed a 3 year deal when he came over, only got announced as a two year for some reason, everyone is still getting in a tizz over it.

Yes, it's 'club trained'. And they need to be on our books for 3 years prior to them turning 21 ( ie still 21 on 1st November I think).

But the dispensation is only £5k per player, so its helpful, but not exactly an earth shattering bonus.

Could he perhaps have signed a two year contract with a club option for a third year ? So the club had him down as 2 years, then exercised their option earlier this year without making an announcement.
