The only details I have seen in the papers state that he grabbed her arm and bruised her. I don't see how this would get him a jail sentence, especially when you consider that the charge of forced entry (or whatever) was dropped due to the prosecution not providing evidence.

I don't think he will go to prison at all, but for the threat to be there in the first place, it seems that there may be a few more details to this.

Not actually sure if we are allowed to talk about it anyway, however only discussed things that are in the public domain anyway.
