went to the game with my grandkids and from the actions of a small minority of so called fans was disgusted by there actions. dont condone kings reaction but he was taking a lot of abuse from certain idiots, fans running up to the wall and shouting abuse, wow how to get behind ur team, king wasn't the worst player on the pitch, it was very bad as a team not individuals, these so called fans didnt care that they were amongst small children who witnessed this abuse and most of it was beer fueled, is it time that stadiums became alcoholic free and not let anyone in stinking of beer, do know there are a lot of people that can handle there ale but a small minority can't. dissapointed with teams performances but more dissapointed with a small minorityof fans. dont agree with booing but will accept sometimes feelings need to be shown but totally disagree with vile abuse and there should be no room in this so called family game for it. is it time for clubs to study video footage and ban a few, my team, will get my total support and hopefully with smith at the helm things will get better
King has simply never settled in this country. Most players who don't settle are released by their clubs as it is no good to either party to have a player on your books who does not want to be there. The guy's ability is not in question as far as i'm concerned, but i cannot believe we didn't let him go early into his contract or at least do what Wigan did with Barrett, see out the season and we will let you return home. This should have been done in his first season as I have it on good authority that he made his unhappiness known to the club early on in his spell here.

To be honest, there are plenty of idiots at the home games who haven't necessarily been drinking.
Last week in the East Stand against Leeds, some bloke (must have been in his 40's) felt he had to run down about 20 steps to get to the barriers to hurl abuse at the ref and the Leeds trainers. These people need kicking out, as that is meant to be the family stand.

no body went to the wall until his gesture he then fueled the situation so please do not mis inform people
"she wore, she wore, she wore a yellow gibbon"
"she wore a yellow gibbon in the merry month of may"
"and when i asked her why she wore a gibbon"
"she said it's for the wire and it's gonna climb a tree!"
INARDIS FIDELIS
"If Noble is there next year I will not be renewing my season tickets mine and two grandchildren the future Wigan Suporters.
How low can we get".............wigan fans ...ancient and loyal
i was at the match, king reacted to abuse he could hear from fans in the stand nearest to him, his response, a very stupid one from a professional was stupid and enflamed certain fans further, i can't blame king, can't condone his behaviour, but if some one shouts "your not fit to wear the shirt" i'd be tempted to punch their face in to be honest, all this booing and wingeing sure as f*** won't help us turn any corners in the near future. today leaves both players and fans feeling rather ill to be honest...

doesnt give them the right to run to the wall, tell u what we should make the grounds kid free zones so the verbal abuse can be carried out without upsetting anyone, as said dont agree with booing but can understand fans frustration, what I dont agree with is the targetting of individual players and hurling abuse at them, also didnt agree with kings reaction but can understand his frustration. he wasnt the worst player on that pitch. it was a very poor team effort. but hey lets not give credit to the Quins. Well done Quins good win , just asking did any fans wait for the players after the game to vent their frustrations as sometimes happens
