We're already pretty well stocked anyway in the back row aren't we? Currie, Hughes, J Clark, Livett, BMM and potentially Westwood.

He may not sign, he also may still sign. We may have never been after him at all.

But it wouldn't be the first time a manager and/or owner has come out and said a player wouldn't be sold and then is. Happens all the time especially in football.

Is George Williams still a certainty for Wire?

It's not quite hunting season yet.
There are people who may know in advance that Wakey don't want it getting out.
Big Dave is 29...in 2 years he will be more than lucky to get the chance to play in a CC or GF with a big team, winning a trophy and fatten his wallet.
Loyalty or something else?
