I agree with Geordie here, Cullen wanted certain players out, you can tell that by what the player said immediatly after Cull went and how Cull has reacted to that player on TV since.
Facts are the players still with us, Culls gone, Lowes is out and in Smiths first game we let in 60 points. Its early days but whats the common denominator here.... the player (and a few others of course).
Cull wanted them out because they did not show the commitment to the cause, one player inparticular has openly said he hates Warrington to live, the fans and the club, but he is still here playing week in week out and taking the money.
It seems to me that when Cullen openly wanted Matt Orford, did'nt get him and the board panic and get another no.7 that the new player reacted 1stly against Cull and now against the club.
There needs to be a big clear-out at Wire.... players not coaches!!!!!!!
This is the type of post that does this forum no favours....People speculating about things, inventing rumour, and attempting to make out there is some deep Mafia style plot going on behind the scenes at the club.
The simple truth about Cullen's comment is obvious.....He has certain opinions, about certain things which have gone on, and are still going on at our club, which he obviously feels do not need to be made public...Which is fair enough, except that Cullen feels the need to shove himself in front of the nearest camera at every given opportunity, which in turn gives Hemmings the chance to waffle on about his favourite subject in Rugby League - Warrington's never-ending underacheivement....
Personally, IF Cullen is bitter towards our club, then he has nobody but himself to blame....He had long enough in the job to straighten things out, and if his hands were tied by the board, then I presume that, having read many of his glowing references on here, Cullen had big enough balls to stand up to a gang of suits.
