The rumour is they're both done and you're working to get one or both over this season.
There has been a quality player in there for sure. If you can get the best out of him it'd be an outstanding signing. But it's a huge IF again, particularly around his behaviour and the kind of person he is. If he comes over and gets into trouble or leaves early under a cloud, the club would be open to criticism from their own fans that they just don't learn.
If Warrington are trying to build a winning culture, signing players like Matt Lodge is a pretty dodgy way to do it.
Lomax would be a quality signing as a player, although I'm not sure he's worth marquee money. He's on £378,000 per year according to the reports from Australia and has 18 months left on his current contract. He is going to need someone to hand him the difference between his current deal and whatever you offer him you'd expect so he's not out of pocket. NRL teams will often do deals to get players off their cap, but that's a big salary for a centre when you've already got King on a wedge as well and Wrench who needs to play and Ratchford still around?
