Don't think the kicks were the wrong option tbh.
Arguably a hug kick could have yielded more but it's a close call.

The way Wigan are playing & also that most of their remaining games are now away. It is going to be difficult for them to get into the top 4.

They have been very impressive apart from a couple of games near the start of the season, especially the Widnes hammering. Catalans, hull and us have easily played the best rugby so far this season. Fair play to Widnes at the start of the season and wakefields recent resurgence they have both played some very good rugby.

I though the top 4 was set a few weeks ago, I have no idea what has happened to Wigan, I mean I could understand if they had a lot of injuries or something, strange that nobody has mentioned anything like that as a possible reason for them losing a few games recently. Saints haven't been anywhere near good enough this season to be 2 points behind the top 3, but they just aren't going to go away are they.
