| The Hull pack seems to have no energy in the second half. Virtually no go forward, and as I type that Jamie Shaul scores an absolute blinder.

| Followed by a great finish from Talanoa. Cue the Wigan walk.

| I wonder if the back tracking over Lee Radford is going to reach a crescendo on the Hull board ?
After they wanted him out for the best part of 2 years..

| Game changer, for me: at 16-18 Wigan were on top but in two sets in a row Matty Smith kicked the ball out for a scrum deep in Hull's half. All the crowd clapped, all Smith's team mates slapped him on the back and rubbed his head, the commentators said "brilliant kick"...but what it did was give Hull two little rests in two minutes and slowed the momentum of Wigan's game down. Hull got a second wind from that, kicked on and won.
Everyone still thinks kicking the ball out for a scrum deep in the opposition half is a good kick though, when it's probably worse than kicking it out at the back for a 20m restart as teams actually get a rest and can regroup.

| Eddie sounds deflated! When's Sam Tomkins due to return? Loved his turnstile impression for that last Hull try.

To be fair, it can work both ways really. We've praised Gidley enough for doing it

| Depends on circumstances, wasting time or trying to catch a breather it's great, if you have a good structured defence, it's also a good tactic.

| Don't think the kicks were the wrong option tbh.
Arguably a hug kick could have yielded more but it's a close call.
