I was having this argument on our board the other week about size v speed in forwards both have good points and some have bad points like you wont get the same impact off a smaller forward but you do have the speed

The thing with Wigan is you play a structured attack or in other words watch enough videos work it out.



We play instinctively, probably why teams struggle with reading our attack.

When I first saw Cross when we at the Magic Weekend I said that he looked terrible and didn't know why Leeds had signed him.



I think he then went off after about 10 minutes making my feelings correct.

nothing on this thread you have said has proved to be right.... the only place it has been proved right is inside your somewhat confused head.

Just thought i'd put my twopence in as to why we've signed him seeing as most wire fans seem to be saying he's rubbish:



We have nothing to lose in signing him, can afford him on the cap, 2 of our props are injured and one is playing with an injury. Madge tends to get the best out of players and if he can recapture some form towards the business end of the season then we have one hell of a player on our hands.

This is all about a week sat we all know it and both sets of fans are really going to find out were we stand we have you lot slamming points on teams but the last couple of games cracks are starting to appear, Then us who have been grinding wins out but turned it on against saints and hudd is it all tactics?



We both have an easy week this week so no excuses about hard games whatever happens it's going to be close and imo the best game of the season

What if he has an awful game in the Cup or Playoff?
